SHIPPING POLICY
My shop is based in England. International orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges and/or taxes. Please be advised that this is the buyer’s responsibility.
Products will be shipped every Friday, and I aim to ship all orders within 7 days of receipt. Therefore, if you order on a Friday afternoon, there’s a chance your order may not go out until the following Friday. You will receive an email from Royal Mail with tracking information, as well as confirmation from my shop that your order has been packaged and scheduled for a collection. *With the exception of art prints, which are sent as letters, I do tracked shipping for all packages as a standard policy to ensure nothing gets lost.
Because I maintain accurate inventory numbers, when you place an order, it means I have that item in stock. However, there’s always a small chance that due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to order more stock. If this happens, you will receive an email.

International Tracked – Max 20kg. Delivery aim 5-7 working days. Fully tracked to the delivery point.

INTERNATIONAL PARCELS OVER 20 KG
If your package weighs more than 20kg, I will be using an international courier delivery service. The Shipping price quoted at Checkout is the correct shipping price and has already been calculated based on weight. Please note that most almost all orders tend to be under 20kg.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of the products ALL SALES ARE FINAL; they are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Exceptions will be made where errors have been made in the signing of the books/bookplates, or where the books have been found to have big faults, like large misprints that affect the quality or readability of the product. Please email amanda@authoramandarichardson.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a photograph of the issue.
Please be advised that Amanda Richardson is not responsible for any packages that have been damaged or lost in transit by the mailing service/couriers. Please access the Royal Mail links above to check the maximum shipping times or to log a claim request. This is not a common situation, it is not one I have encountered so far, however it is known to happen.
